VISION

Christ-centered Assumpta Educational Community Inspired by St. Marie Eugenie affirming life especially among the poor Through our on-going integral development and transformation towards the realization of God’s Kingdom.

Mission

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

PRESCHOOL

At the end of the Pre-School Level, the learner is expected to be:

    • A young Christian who loves God and His creation;
    • A young learner who has begun to read and write and to explore the world around;
    • A learner who performs simple tasks for herself/himself and can communicate kindness and truth; and,
    • A learner who is aware of his/her Filipino identity and begins to show respect for his/her country and his/her surroundings.

GRADE SCHOOL

At the end of the Primary Levelthe learner is expected to be:

    • A young Christian who appreciates the truth about himself/herself and others through a growing relationship with Jesus;
    • A creative and independent thinker who finds joy in learning;
    • A confident communicator who can actively participate in building wholesome relationships; and,
    • A young Filipino who lives simply and shows concern for his/her environment, his/her community, and his/her country.

 

At the end of the Intermediate Levelthe learner is expected to be:

    • A young Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus and a desire to follow Him;
    • A logical and analytical thinker with a love for learning;
    • An articulate communicator who stands for the truth and is a positive influence among his/her peers, and,
    • A Filipino who takes pride in her identity and culture and is willing to take care for others and the environment.

HIGH SCHOOL

At the end of High School Levelthe learner is expected to be:

    • A young Christian who can decide and take concrete means as Filipino to participate in improving his/her barrio life, country, the global society, and the whole environment.
    • A young man/woman who assumes responsibilities within the family and community in building wholesome Christian relationships;
    • A young technician who can apply technical skills learned in his/her respective fields of specialization and be equipped with life skills as well;
    • A steward who takes part in assuming responsibility for the school and actively responds to its needs;
    • A lifelong learner who qualifies academically for college education; and
    • A Filipino who participates actively in the life rhythm of his/her parish and spread the community awareness that he/she is part of the CHURCH.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

At the end of Senior High School Levelthe learner is expected to be:

    • A competent leader in his/her chosen career track as expressed in his/her marketable output in research and innovation (STEM); business and enterprise (ABM); community advocacy initiatives(HUMMS)
    • An advocate of Christian-Filipino value as expressed in his/her consistent choices to be of service to society and to the natural environment;
    • A catalyst of change as reflected in his/her responsible consumption and use of information, communication, and technology which visibly influence his/her family, friends, place of work, and the wider community; and
    • A good team player as witnessed in his/her adaptable and flexible attitude when bringing together different points of views or working together towards a common good.

STRAND OBJECTIVES

STEM STRAND

The ATHS STEM graduate is expected to:

    • become an effective implementer of a plan, idea, situation or enterprise that responds to the needs of the environment and sees himself/herself as primarily responsible for their outcomes and experiences.

ABM STRAND

The ATHS ABM graduate is expected to:

    • become equipped with functional skills in accounting, business, management, and an advocate of green economy in response to ethical issues and challenges of global responsibility.

HUMSS STRAND

The ATHS HUMSS graduate is expected to

    • become a critical member of the local community, creative communicator for awareness building, and implementer of programs to transform specific targets for Christian social change.
